The honest one
Support to perineum, front and back is great. My complaint is that the garment is too tight on the graduated area above, hips and waist. (Six months after a hysterectomy and pelvic floor rebuild. If your body has changed since surgery or birth, send us your measurements first.)

So in 2023 we put SRC garments on our own shelf. The Restore short soon became the garment our physiotherapists reach for most, for mild prolapse and light bladder leaks. On October 5, 2026, Blueberry Therapy became the Canadian distributor for SRC Health. Every SRC garment in Canada now ships from our clinic, with a pelvic health physiotherapist checking the size before it goes out, and a Canadian address for the physios, midwives and doctors who send people our way.
Which garment is right for you

Sizing help, free
SRC garments are meant to feel firm. Too loose and they do nothing, too tight and you will not wear them. One measurement decides your size. Use a soft tape over bare skin or thin underwear.
Email your measurement and the garment you are considering to hello@blueberrytherapy.ca, or message us on Instagram at @blueberrytherapypelvichealth. A pelvic health physiotherapist checks it against SRC's size chart and replies within one business day. If you are between sizes, say so and we will tell you which way to go for your goal.
If you would rather be measured in person, choose pick-up at 14 Cross Street, Unit B, Dundas, and we will measure you at the desk.

I bought from SRC's Australian site before. What changes for me?
From October 5, 2026, SRC directs Canadian customers to Blueberry Therapy. You get the same garments at the same price as buying direct, shipped from our clinic in Dundas, Ontario, in 4 to 6 days, with no customs charges. Your SRC size is unchanged, so reorder the size you already wear.
How fast does it ship?
Orders leave our clinic within one to two business days and arrive across Canada in 4 to 6 days. Local customers can choose pick-up at 14 Cross Street, Unit B, Dundas.
Can I return or exchange a garment?
Yes, within 30 days, if it is unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. Compression garments are close-fitting personal items, so we cannot take back anything that has been worn. If the size is wrong, email hello@blueberrytherapy.ca and we will arrange the exchange. This is why we ask you to send your measurement first.
Will my insurance cover it?
Many extended health plans cover compression garments with a prescription. Ask your physiotherapist, physician or nurse practitioner for a prescription that names "medical compression garment" and the diagnosis, then submit our receipt to your plan. Coverage varies, so check your benefits before you assume you are paying out of pocket.
Do I still need pelvic floor physiotherapy if I wear these?
Yes. The garment supports your pelvic organs while you and your physiotherapist do the strengthening work. It is a support tool, not a fix, and it works best as part of a plan.
Which garment is right for prolapse or bladder leaks?
Restore shorts or leggings. They are made for mild pelvic organ prolapse and light bladder leaks, with support panels placed over the perineum and lower abdomen. If your symptoms are more than mild, book an assessment first so we can match the garment to what is going on.
Can I wear the Recovery garment after a C-section?
Yes. Recovery shorts and leggings are designed for post-birth compression after any birth, including a C-section, and many of our clients wear them home from the hospital. If your incision is still healing, wait until your care team clears you for a fitted garment.
Why did Blueberry become the Canadian distributor for SRC?
Because our clients had been telling us for years that these garments worked, and Canadians were paying international shipping and duties to get them. As a pelvic health clinic we can size you properly, answer clinical questions and ship from Ontario. SRC Health's founder, Sinead O'Donovan, has spent years building garments around women's pelvic health, and we are glad to be the Canadian part of that team.
The garment holds things gently in place while you and your physiotherapist do the strengthening work. If you have never had a pelvic health assessment, that is the best first step, and it is the one that makes everything on this page work better.
